Our team works out of a 1920s craftsman bungalow in Chesterfield, MO, where we combine thoughtful strategy, bold creative, and a hands-on, collaborative approach to everything we do.

About the Role

We’re looking to add new talent to our team as we expand our services and client base. This role will initially focus on YellowDog’s own branding and marketing efforts—so you’ll have the opportunity to shape how we show up in the world. You’ll work directly with the Creative Director and Chief Strategy Officer.

You’ll help us evolve our voice and visual identity across channels, develop engaging content, and support internal and external communications. This is a chance to grow with us, contribute to the bigger picture, and work alongside people who take strategy and creative seriously—but keep the vibe casual and collaborative.

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings both creativity and strategic thinking to the table. Ideal candidates will have:

• Bachelor’s degree with a design emphasis preferred or equivalent work experience
• A marketing mindset with strong design instincts
• Proficiency in Mac OSX, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office and Acrobat
• Strong understanding of designing for traditional channels and digital channels, including: social, e-commerce, digital display advertising, and retailer digital advertising
• Experience with social media tools and platforms (B2B experience is a plus)
• Familiarity with AI tools for creative work
• Strong presentation and slide deck design skills
• Interest in working in a fast-paced, idea-driven environment where your contributions matter

What You’ll Do

As a junior designer at YellowDog, you’ll support our creative team in bringing brands to life through smart, strategic design. You’ll work on a variety of internal and client projects across digital and print—gaining exposure to different industries and creative challenges.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing marketing materials including social media graphics, digital ads, email campaigns, brochures, and signage
• Support website and landing page design projects with layout and visual assets
• Help develop and maintain brand assets for YellowDog and client accounts
• Contribute to presentation and slide deck design for client meetings and new business pitches
• Edit and organize images and video content for use across platforms
• Collaborate with our creative and strategy teams to align design with brand goals
• Stay current on design trends, tools, and technologies (especially in B2B marketing)
• Prep final files for print and digital production as needed
• Pitch in on event graphics, swag, and environmental design elements
• Participate in brainstorms, reviews, and feedback sessions with a positive, proactive attitude
