Managers can agree that employee engagement and retention are at the top of their priority list. Camp LabDiet® was created as a fun employee engagement activity to help the remote sales team get excited about going back to work. At the virtual “camp,” team members participated in group activities, gave presentations around the virtual camp fire, and got to engage with their fellow employees. To help launch the program, YellowDog created a Survival Kit to send to all the employees! In true “camp” style, we put everything in an old-fashioned lunchbox. The kit included a multi-tool, custom t-shirt, mini lantern, and custom Camp LabDiet® stickers. We also created Camp LabDiet® Zoom backgrounds for everyone to use during the meetings…er camp fires!
